A00393 - Roberta Flack, R.I.P.

It seems that with each passing day, another part of my memories begins to fade away.  This week my memories of Roberta Flack have come back so strongly only to be reminded that they too will begin to fade.  After all, Roberta Flack passed away a few days ago



leaving behind memories of a love scene from Clint Eastwood's "Play Misty for Me" with this song as a backdrop 


and then there was a song that filled my young adult ears with so much hope and joy


These songs were the Songs of Life. Now they are the Songs of Memory.

Bless You, Roberta Flack.  Thank you for the Life ... and the Memory.
